The restaurant is on the ground floor of the museum. From here you have fantastic views of the suspended aircraft, the old runways and the forest edge. Just like ‘Rats, Kuch en Bonen’ (onions, bread and beans) ─ the soldiers’ menu back in the day ─ the restaurant serves sturdy and honest fare. The cuisine centres on organic and local products. Everyday our chefs prepare the most delicious dishes in an open kitchen, in full view of the guests. The menu offers various sweet and savoury treats, generously filled sandwiches, soups, light meals and salads and various cold drinks and smoothies.
You can reach the restaurant from the museum’s entrance hall but you are also welcome without an admission ticket.
